Iron in the Hat
"Iron in the Hat" is a way blacksmithing organizations raise money for their organization's activities. Members donated items such as things they've made, old tools, excess materials, books, videos, etc. Raffle tickets are sold to attendees, numbers are pulled out of a hat, and then the items are awarded to the winning ticket for each item.
